Fitness does not have to be something that you dread. Try new things. Explore trails, go biking, take it to the park or better yet the PLAYGROUND! My family and I like the playground and have learned how to make our visits fun AND challenging. The video below gives snippets of SOME of the things we did while visiting recently. In addition, we ran about half a mile, completed sprints after our work out, did push-ups on the bench and tricep dips. If you have a family include them in your efforts to be fit, as it is a good habit for them to develop early. Choose to be fit and have FUN!!
