Why I Do What I Do

I do not think I could ever express how grateful I am to be an extension of the LOVE of GOD in the earth, in human form. The ability to touch lives for a purpose greater than my own is an honor and one I do not take lightly. LIFE is real and while living we face real stuff, so to be able to support others in discovering calm, focus and relaxation, that’s everything.

Meditation is a beneficial practice that supports health and well-being on various levels —- mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. All meditation is not chanting and poses or the woo-wooness we have been made to believe.
Honestly meditation is STILLNESS.
It is PEACE.
It is BREATH.
It is LIFE.

I am thankful, because it is an honor for me to guide people through a meditation experience. To support them as they discover the beauty of CALM. The PEACE of GOD that surpasses all understanding. The LIGHT that shines from within.

An an example of why I do what I do is Colandra. She is a mother, singer, a human living life. In August 2018, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. As anyone can imagine, this diagnosis was life changing for many reasons. Colandra has gone through extensive chemo, a double mastectomy and is currently undergoing radiation. Prior to her mastectomy we began meditation and breathwork sessions three times a week. Some of our sessions were an opportunity for her to talk through her emotions, others included lots of breathwork, but each an opportunity for her to experience the PEACE within her. Colandra works hard, she asks questions, and she is living each day by faith; her efforts make my research, my studying, and my own healing journey worth it. Colandra is documenting her journey to overcoming breast cancer, below is a clip of one of our sessions.

If you want this experience and need support, I am here. Book a session. If you want to share a meditation with a group, I am here and available for workshops, retreats, conferences, classes, etc… [and yes, virtual sessions are available].
