Are you finding it a bit of a challenge to meet your well-BEing goals? Do you need someone to hold you accountable, check in with you and help you design a plan? As your wellness advocate and well-being guide we will work together to create a strategy that supports your well-being goals, weekly check-ins and online support. This support includes – initial meeting to set goals for the month (60 minutes), 2 check-ins (via email and or text), and one follow-up (30 minutes). During the initial meeting strategy will be set for the month along with breathwork and thought-work.
