Meditation is essentially the art of focusing your attention. Whether you focus on your breath, a mantra (scripture) or visualization; meditation is being intentional with your focus.
Meditation has been known to:

- Improve the flow of energy
- Decreases worry
- Brings your mind, body, and spirit in harmony

Mantras are phrases that are repeated. Some mantras are scriptures, quotes, sounds, etc… that aid in focus during meditation, improving the flow of energy and calming the body, mind and spirit.
A mantra can be as simple as: I am strong, I am healthy, I am wise, I am whole, I am enough, etc… Or as detailed as I am grateful for all that is unfolding in my life and all that is to come or May my heart be kind my mind fierce and my spirit brave.

During our time, I will guide you through a meditation to calm and ease your mind and assist you in creating intentions for your life. This is your time and you will select the concerns you would like to work through and the intentions you would like to establish.
